You have 7 days to return your item from the time you've received it for exchange or store credit. The item must be unworn, unwashed with its original tags and in the original condition in which it was purchased. Returns are accepted in-store or online. Please note our size guide and team are to be used as a guide for selecting sizing for you, however, this is not a guarantee that the item will fit as it will be based on your height, shape, figure that is extremely unique to every individual.
No refunds, exchanges, store credit or returns on bodysuits, swimwear, bras, accessories, underwear or sale items.
No price adjustments will be granted when items goes on sale after or before purchase with absolutely no exceptions.
No exchanges will be accepted for the purpose of a price adjustment when an item goes on sale. Purchases made to benefit from a price adjustment will be refused with absolutely no exception.
Exchanges are for a one time exchange only off of the original purchase.
All sale items, under garments, bodysuits, stickers, bras and accessories are final sale.
Returns will not be accepted if they are marked, stained, damaged, worn or if any of the tags are removed. Must be in the same condition in which they were purchased.
DTL does not offer free exchange or returns and the return must be sent to DTL HQ at the cost of the purchaser.
